摘要
六景郁江特大桥钢栈桥位于郁江河道,具有河床水位深、覆盖层薄、部分岩面倾斜的复杂地质条件。本文针对深水裸岩地层钢栈桥进行技术研究,创新了锚固桩的结构体系及施工方法,将钢管桩桩顶钢板优化为支撑牛腿设计,牛腿设置在钢管桩外圆周上,不遮蔽钢管桩顶;钢管桩沿两排贝雷梁中部布置,贝雷梁间距90 cm,确保贝雷梁施工后桩顶仍有足够空间进行冲击钻钻孔施工,为锚固桩及栈桥结构同步施工提供空间需求;对栈桥结构及施工工艺优化,钢管锚固桩施工与下一跨钢管桩下沉同时进行,实现栈桥结构和锚固桩同步施工,保证了钢栈桥的施工进度及整体稳定性。
The steel trestle bridge of the Liujing Yujiang Grand Bridge is located in the Yujiang River channel,with complex geological conditions such as deep riverbed water level,thin coverage layer,and partial inclined rock surface.This article conducts technical research on steel trestle bridges in deep water bare rock formations,innovates the structural system and construction methods of anchor piles,optimizes the steel plate at the top of the steel pipe pile to a supporting bracket design,and the bracket is set on the outer circumference of the steel pipe pile without covering the top of the steel pipe pile;the steel pipe piles are arranged along the middle of the two rows of Bailey beams,with a spacing of 90 cm between the Bailey beams to ensure that there is still enough space at the top of the pile for impact drilling and drilling construction after the construction of the Bailey beams,providing space for the synchronous construction of anchor piles and trestle structures;optimization is conducted on the structure and construction process of the trestle,and the construction of steel pipe anchor piles and sinking of the next span steel pipe piles are carried out simultaneously,achieving synchronous construction of the trestle structure and anchor piles,ensuring the construction progress and overall stability of the steel trestle.
