摘要
内科学是医学院校专业课程教学中的重点难点学科,提高内科学教学质量一直是医学院校教学改革的一项重点工作内容之一。随着时代的进步,传统的以教师讲授为主的教学方法已经不能满足目前的教学要求,越来越多先进的教学方法及教学理念融入了内科学教学工作中,以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)和翻转课堂(flipped classroom)都是其中非常重要的教学模式。在内科学教学中采用PBL结合翻转课堂教学模式,通过问题的引导和课堂上师生身份互换、互动讨论,可以将学生置于学习的主体地位,充分激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,逐步地由被动学习转化为主动学习,同时可以锻炼学生实践能力及表达能力,培养学生团队合作精神。
Internal medicine is a key and difficult subject in the teaching of professional courses in medical colleges and universities.Improving the teaching quality of internal medicine has always been one of the key tasks in the teaching reform of medical colleges and universities.With the progress of the times,the traditional teaching methods based on teacher teaching can no longer meet the current teaching requirements.More and more advanced teaching methods and teaching concepts have been integrated into the teaching of internal medicine.Problem-based learning(PBL)and flipped classroom are very important teaching models.In the teaching of internal medicine,PBL combined with flipped classroom teaching mode is adopted.Through the guidance of questions and the exchange and interactive discussion between teachers and students in the classroom,students can be placed in the main position of learning,fully stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,gradually transform passive learning into active learning,and at the same time,students'practical ability and expression ability can be trained,and students'team spirit can be cultivated.
