摘要
目的 分析以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在肿瘤放射治疗临床教学中的应用效果。方法 2021年7—12月,以内蒙古自治区人民医院肿瘤放射治疗科接收的25名住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)医师作为常规组,开展常规方式教学。2022年1—6月,以内蒙古自治区人民医院肿瘤放射治疗科接收的25名住培医师作为研究组,开展PBL教学法。分析两组住培医师考核成绩与业务能力,并对两组的教学服务满意率进行评价。结果 与常规组相比,研究组教学后的专业理论考核成绩、专业操作考核成绩、综合成绩明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与常规组相比,研究组业务能力明显更强,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与常规组的数据相比,研究组的教学服务满意率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在为肿瘤放射治疗科住培医师教学时,常规方式教学与PBL教学法均可起到一定教学效果,但后者的教学效果更好,可帮助学生更好地掌握专业理论知识,增强专业操作能力,训练临床思维能力和疾病诊治能力,提高教学服务满意率。
Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of tumor radiotherapy.Methods From July to December 2021,a total of 25 resident trainees from the radiotherapy department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital were selected as the conventional group for routine teaching.From January to June 2022,a total of 25 resident trainees from the radiotherapy department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital were selected as a research group to carry out PBL teaching method.Recorded the professional assessment scores and professional abilities of two groups after clinical teaching,and evaluated the satisfaction rate of teaching services in both groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the research group showed significantly higher scores in professional theoretical assessment,professional operational assessment,and comprehensive assessment after teaching,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the research group had significantly stronger business abilities,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the data of the conventional group,the satisfaction rate of teaching services in the research group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both conventional teaching and PBL teaching methods can achieve certain teaching effects when teaching resident training physicians in the field of tumor radiotherapy.However,the latter has a higher effect and can help students better grasp professional theoretical knowledge,enhance professional operational skills,train clinical thinking and disease diagnosis and treatment abilities,and improve teaching service satisfaction.
