耳鼻咽喉科护士参与住培教学查房对专业能力提升的影响

摘要 目的 通过参与住院医师规范化培训教学查房提高耳鼻咽喉科护士临床专业能力。方法 2018年7月—2021年6月,选取广州医科大学附属第二医院耳鼻咽喉科工作的护士共18名,随机分为2组,每组各9名,独立培训的护士作为对照组,参与住培教学查房的护士作为试验组。培训效果的检验采用在职培训满意度问卷调查、理论和专科操作考核等评价方式,比较两组护士多方面的参数差异。结果 与对照组相比,试验组护士在促进理论知识的理解、提高学习兴趣、锻炼临床思维、提高解决问题的能力、日常护理工作帮助程度、愿意参加培训,理论和专科操作考核成绩方面都显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 住培教学查房有助于提高耳鼻咽喉科护士的专业能力。 Objective To improve the clinical professional ability of otorhinolaryngology nurses by participating in the standardized training and teaching ward rounds of resident physicians,residential training teaching rounds for short.Methods From July 2018 to June 2021,a total of 18 nurses in the otolaryngology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 9 nurses in each group.Independent trained nurses served as the control group,while nurses participating in residential training and teaching rounds served as the experimental group.The testing of training effectiveness adopted evaluation methods such as on-the-job training satisfaction questionnaire survey,theoretical and specialized operation assessment,and compared the differences in various parameters between the two groups of nurses.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of nurses in terms of promoting the understanding of theoretical knowledge,improving interest in learning,exercising clinical thinking,improving problem-solving ability,helping in daily nursing work,willingness to participate in training,theoretical assessment scores,and specialist operation assessment scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The residential training teaching rounds can help improve the professional ability of otorhinolaryngology nurses.
