摘要
目的 探讨知信行健康教育模式干预在甲状腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 根据干预方式的不同将106例甲状腺癌手术患者分为对照组和观察组,每组53例,对照组患者采取常规干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取知信行健康教育模式干预。比较两组患者的知信行水平、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]、用药依从性[8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷(MMAS-8)]、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,两组患者健康知识、健康信念、健康行为评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者健康知识、健康信念、健康行为评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能、角色功能评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者用药依从性高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 知信行健康教育模式干预应用于甲状腺癌术后患者,能够缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的知信行水平、用药依从性及生活质量,缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of knowledge,attitude,and performance health education model intervention in postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.Method A total of 106 patients undergoing thyroid can-cer surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention methods,with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional intervention,and the patients in the obser-vation group were given knowledge,attitude,and performance health education model intervention based on the control group’s regimen.The level of knowledge,attitude,and performance,mental state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],medication compliance[8-item Morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)],hospitalization time,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention,the health knowledge,health attitude,and health performance scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the foregoing scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical function,emotional function,social function,cognitive function,and role function scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the foregoing scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was higher,the hospitalization time was shorter,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge,attitude,and performance health education model intervention on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer can shorten the hospitalization time,improve knowledge,attitude,and performance level,medication compliance,and quality of life,relieve patients’anxiety and depression,and decrease the incidence of complications.
