摘要
高等农林院校人工智能专业是新农科和新工科相互融合的学科专业,是对人才培养模式的创新探索。本科院校是高等农林院校人工智能专业人才培养探索的先行者、引领者和示范者。通过对3所不同办学层次的高等农林本科院校人工智能专业人才培养方案比较分析,从农林院校人工智能专业发展布局、教学组织模式、培养目标与规格、培养模式和课程结构、核心课程与实验实训环节等方面开展系统研究;对当前农林院校人工智能人才培养面临的典型问题进行深入剖析。最后提出优化专业结构布局,推进人才分类塑型,推动教学组织创新,深化通专教育融合等农业院校人工智能人才培养对策。
As a product of the integration of new agricultural science and new engineering,the major of Artificial Intelligence(Al)in agricultural colleges and universities is an innovative exploration of talent cultivation mode.Undergraduate colleges and universities have always been pioneers,leaders,and demonstrators in cultivating AI talents.Through a comparative analysis of talent cultivation programs of AI majors in three undergraduate agricultural institutions at different levels,this paper conducts systematic research on the development layout,teaching organization mode,training objectives and specifications,training mode and curriculum structure,core courses,experiments and practical training of AI major in agricultural colleges and universities.It analyzes in depth the typical shortcomings in their AI talent cultivation.Corresponding talent training countermeasures are finally proposed,including optimizing the layout of the significant structure,promoting talent classification,facilitating teaching organization innovation,and deepening the integration of general and special education.
