摘要
目的分析钛制弹性髓内钉固定术对尺桡骨骨折患儿肘关节功能及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法48例尺桡骨骨折患儿,随机分为对照组与研究组,各24例。对照组实施钢板内固定术治疗,研究组实施钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗。对比两组患儿肘关节功能及治疗前后VAS评分。结果治疗后,研究组VAS评分(3.12±1.16)分低于对照组的(5.17±1.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肘关节功能优良率87.50%高于对照组的54.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对尺桡骨骨折患儿实施钛制弹性髓内钉固定术治疗,可明显改善肘关节功能,且疼痛感较轻,建议推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation on the elbow function and visual analogue scale(VAS)score in children with ulnar and radial fractures.Methods A total of 48 children with ulnar and radius fractures were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plate internal fixation,and the study group was treated with titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation.The elbow function and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score of(3.12±1.16)points in the study group was lower than that of(5.17±1.28)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the excellent-good rate of elbow function in the study group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of 54.17%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Titanium elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of children with ulnar and radial fractures can obviously improve the elbow function of children with less pain,and is recommended to promote the use.
