经皮腔内球囊扩张血管成形术与血管支架植入术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者采用经皮腔内球囊扩张血管成形术(PTA)与血管支架植入术治疗的临床效果。方法 选择在我院治疗的60例ASO患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用PTA治疗,观察组采用PTA、血管支架植入术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、踝/肱指数(ABI)、跛行距离、生活质量、并发症及靶病变血运重建率(TLR)。结果 观察组术后健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,TLR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗RR、术后ABI及跛行距离、并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ASO患者采用PTA或PTA联合血管支架植入术治疗效果相当,但ASO患者采用PTA联合血管支架植入术治疗可降低TLR,提高患者生活质量,可作为治疗ASO一种更为有效的介入手术。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous transluminal balloon angioplasty(PTA)and vascular stent implantation in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods A total of 60 ASO patients treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PTA,and the observation group was treated with PTA and vascular stent implantation.The clinical efficacy,ankle/brachial index(ABI),claudication distance,quality of life,complications and target lesion revascularization rate(TLR)were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative health survey short form(SF-36)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TLR was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of PTA or PTA combined with vascular stent implantation in ASO patients is similar,but PTA combined with vascular stent implantation in ASO patients can reduce TLR and improve the quality of life of patients,which can be used as a more effective interventional operation for the treatment of ASO.
