L -阿拉伯糖对锯谷盗成虫毒杀作用及其过冷却点和冰点的影响

摘要 L-阿拉伯糖是与蔗糖非常相似的一种非热量单糖,动物不能利用其进行代谢供能,具有防止害虫发生为害的潜力。为明确L-阿拉伯糖对储藏物害虫锯谷盗的防治效果,本研究比较了不同质量分数的L-阿拉伯糖对锯谷盗成虫存活率、抗氧化酶活性、过冷却点和冰点的影响。结果表明,随着饲料中L-阿拉伯糖质量分数的增大,锯谷盗成虫的死亡率逐步增大,当糖含量为20%时,锯谷盗的校正死亡率可达39.66%;L-阿拉伯糖显著影响了锯谷盗的抗氧化酶和解毒酶活性,随着饲料中L-阿拉伯糖质量分数的增大,锯谷盗成虫体内的过氧化氢酶活性显著增大,而谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性显著降低;此外,L-阿拉伯糖显著提升了锯谷盗成虫体液的过冷却点和冰点,当L-阿拉伯糖在饲料中的质量分数为8%时,锯谷盗成虫体液的过冷却点和冰点的上升最大,分别上升了3.83℃和3.43℃。通过研究发现,L-阿拉伯糖对锯谷盗具有一定的毒杀作用,显著影响了其体内抗氧化酶和解毒酶的活性,降低了其对低温的抵抗能力,明确了L-阿拉伯糖对锯谷盗的防治效果,为L-阿拉伯糖在储藏物害虫绿色防控中的应用提供了理论基础。 L-arabinose is a non-caloric monosaccharide which is very similar to sucrose.However,it cannot be used by animals for metabolism,so it has the potential to prevent pest infestation.To clarify the control effect of L-arabinose on the stored-product pest Oryzaephilus surinamensis,the effects of different mass fractions of L-arabinose on the survival rate,antioxidant enzyme activity,supercooling point and freezing point of Oryzaephilus surinamensis were compared.The results showed that the mortality rate of Oryzaephilus surinamensis increased gradually with the increasing of the mass fraction of L-arabinose in the feed.When the sugar content was 20%,the corrected mortality rate of Oryzaephilus surinamensis reached to 39.66%.The activities of antioxidant and detoxification enzymes were significantly affected by L-arabinose.With the increase of the mass fraction of L-arabinose in the feed,the catalase activity of Oryzaephilus surinamensis significantly increased,while glutathione S-transferase activity decreased significantly.In addition,L-arabinose significantly improved the supercooling point and freezing point of Oryzaephilus surinamensis.When the mass fraction of L-arabinose was 8%in the feed,the supercooling point and freezing point of Oryzaephilus surinamensis increased the most,by 3.83℃and 3.43℃,respectively.Through the above research,it was found that L-arabinose had a certain killing effect on Oryzaephilus surinamensis,which significantly affected the activities of antioxidant and detoxifying enzymes,and reduced its resistance to low temperature.The control effect of L-arabinose on the Oryzaephilus surinamensis was clarified,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of L-arabinose in the green prevention and control of stored-product pests.
