山东霄云煤矿砂岩高氟地下水成因及健康风险评价

摘要 为探究济宁市霄云煤矿高氟地下水形成机理,利用水化学分析、相关性分析、钠吸附比及饱和指数等方法对砂岩高氟地下水分布及形成原因进行分析。同时,利用非致癌物健康风险评价模型对不同受体人群进行健康风险评价。研究结果表明:矿区砂岩地下水F-质量浓度为0.97~5.23 mg/L,且有93.7%的样品F-质量浓度超标。矿区砂岩高氟地下水主要分布在矿区中部及西北部,且具有弱碱性、高Na^(+)、高HCO_(3)^(-)、低Ca^(2+)的水化学特征。弱碱性环境及OH^(-)、HCO_(3)^(-)与F^(-)的竞争吸附是矿区高氟地下水形成的重要因素,萤石的溶解与方解石、白云石的沉淀是矿区高氟地下水形成的主要机制。矿区不同受体人群平均非致癌健康风险指数分别为:婴儿5.11,儿童3.16,成年男性2.91,成年女性2.52,均超过风险指数阈值。建议加快发展高效除氟材料与技术,保障矿区居民饮水安全。 The high-fluoride groundwater of Jining Xiaoyun coal mine poses a huge threat to the safety of residents’drinking water,since it is one of the important drinking water sources for residents in the mining area.In order to explore the formation mechanism of high-fluorine groundwater,a total of 16 groups of sandstone groundwater samples were collected from the mining area.Hydrochemical analysis,correlation analysis,sodium adsorption ratio and saturation index were carried out to analyze the distribution and formation reasons of high-fluorine sandstone groundwater.At the same time,the health risk evaluation model of non-carcinogens was used to evaluate the health risks of different recipients populations.The results show that the F-concentration of sandstone groundwater in the mining area is in the range of 0.97-5.23 mg/L,and 93.7%of the samples exceed the standard.The high fluoride groundwater of sandstone in the mining area is mainly distributed in the middle and northwest of the mining area,and has the hydrochemical characteristics of weak alkalinity,high Na^(+),high HCO_(3)^(-) and low Ca^(2+).The weak alkaline environment and the competitive adsorption of OH^(-),HCO_(3)^(-) and F^(-)are important reasons for the formation of high fluoride sandstone groundwater in the mining area.The dissolution of fluorite and the precipitation of calcite and dolomite are the main mechanisms for the formation of high fluoride groundwater in the mining area.The average non-carcinogenic health risk index of different recipients groups in the mining area are 5.11,3.16,2.91 and 2.52 for infants,children,adult males and adult females,respectively,which all exceed the risk index threshold.It is suggested to speed up the development of efficient defluorination materials and technologies to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents in mining areas.
