摘要
安全阀的密封试验是安全阀校验中至关重要的一个环节。在安全阀的校验前检查、整定压力调校、密封试验3个项目中,密封试验不合格是安全阀校验中最为常见的不合格问题。基于此,结合安全阀离线校验的实际工作,分析引起密封面泄漏的原因,探讨密封试验压力的取值,提出密封试验中应注意的问题,以避免出现安全阀密封试验的误判。
The sealing test of safety valve is a crucial link for safety valve detection.The sealing test result is not qualified which is the most common unqualified problemin the three items which includes safety valve pre-check,set pressure adjustment and sealing test.Based on this,this paper combines the actual work of offline calibration of safety valve,analyze the causes of sealing surface leakage,discuss the value of sealing test pressure,put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the sealing test,to avoid misjudgment of safety valve sealing test.
