摘要
目的探讨早期功能矫治术在儿童正畸中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月威海口腔医院收治的100例需正畸治疗的患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)与实验组(50例)。对照组采用常规治疗方法,实验组采用早期功能矫治术。比较两组的疼痛发生率、治疗满意度、治疗时间及费用。结果实验组的治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的疼痛发生率、治疗时间及费用均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期功能矫治术在儿童正畸中的应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the application effect of early functional correction techniques in pediatric orthodontic.Methods A total of 100 children for orthodontic treatment in Weihai Stomatological Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and experimental group(50 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received early functional correction techniques.The pain incidence,treatm ent satisfaction,treatment time and cost were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain incidence,treatment time and cost in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early functional correction techniques in pediatric orthodontics has remarkable application effect.
