摘要
当前,相控阵超声成像法主要适用于检测装配式钢筋混凝土构件缺陷,研究将此技术扩展应用于地下室底板现浇混凝土缺陷检测的可行性,并结合雷达扫描仪、钻芯验证检测结果。结果表明,相控阵超声成像法可用于检测底板混凝土缺陷,但是底板表面的平整度会影响检测结果,局部钻芯验证可以提高其准确性。该研究成果可为实际工程中判断和分析地下室底板混凝土缺陷提供技术依据。
At present,the phased-array ultrasound imaging method is mainly used for concrete composite component defect detection.This paper aims to expand the method to the defect detection technology for baseboard,which is verified through the radar scanner method and Core drilling.This application works on the baseboard inspection while the surface smoothness of baseboard affects the outcome.Core drilling verification can improve the accuracy.This research can provide a reference and basis for the analysis of baseboard's defect.
