摘要
在湖南两处籽莲种植基地10个采样点,分别采集太空莲的根、茎、叶、壳、肉、芯等器官及土壤样品,并对其中的镉含量进行测定,结果表明:湘莲体内各器官镉含量相差较大,各器官含镉量大致顺序为芯>根>莲蓬≈壳>肉>叶>茎;莲芯部分对镉有较强的转运能力;根据GB15618-2018,采样点土壤pH值在6.62~7.55之间,Cd的平均质量分数为0.76 mg/kg,表明采样点土壤可能对于农业生产有一定风险;根据计算,太空莲各部位镉的THQ值均<1,对人体食用安全无较大影响。
The cadmium content of root,stem,leaf,shell,flesh,core and other organs of Xiang Lotus and the soil at two lotus planting sites were measured from 10 sample sites,and the results showed that the cadmium content of each organ in Xiang Lotus varied greatly,and the cadmium content of each organ was roughly in the order of core>root>lotus≈shell>flesh>leaf>stem.Xiang lotus core part had a strong cadmium transport capacity.According to GB15618-2018,the soil pH of the sampling site ranged from 6.62 to 7.55,and the average mass fraction of Cd was 0.76 mg/kg,indicating that the soil at the sampling site was probably a risk for agricultural production.According to the calculation,the THQ values of cadmium of the samples were<1,which had no major impact on the safety of human consumption.
