摘要
乡村振兴是我国现阶段面对社会主要矛盾变化的重要举措。新时期新征程,社会工作作为促进社会治理和乡村振兴发展的重要力量,该文基于乡村振兴面临的问题,从政策制度、理念趋向、服务对象等视角,探究社会工作与乡村振兴的耦合性,对社会工作助力乡村振兴的价值意蕴进行梳理,从拓宽经济收入来源、完善基础设置建设、丰富乡村文化活动、培育乡村自组织和建设乡镇社工站等方面对社会工作介入乡村振兴的实践路径进行探讨,以期发挥社会工作的独特优势,推进乡村振兴高质量发展。
Rural revitalization is an important measure for our country to face the change of social principal contradiction at the present stage.In the new era and on the new journey,social work is an important force for promoting social governance and rural revitalization and development.Based on the problems faced by rural revitalization,this paper probes into the coupling,or dependency,between social work and rural revitalization from the perspectives of policy system,concept trend,service object and so on,and analyzes the connotation of the value of social work contributing to rural revitalization;besides,this paper discusses the practice path of social work getting involved in rural revitalization from the perspectives of broadening the sources of economic income,improving basic construction,enriching rural cultural activities,cultivating rural self-organization and building township social work stations,in order to give full play to the unique advantages of social work and promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization.
