沼气中二氧化碳分离及利用技术研究进展 被引量:2

Review on Separation and Utilization of CO_(2)in Biogas

摘要 有机废弃物厌氧消化产生沼气的过程是一种低碳处理模式,然而沼气中较高含量的CO_(2)限制了沼气的进一步利用,如何分离和利用沼气中的CO_(2)是解决沼气高值低碳利用的关键所在。综述了膜分离、水洗、变压吸附、低温分离、化学吸收等分离沼气中CO_(2)技术,通过揭示各项技术原理,详细分析了其优缺点、经济性及适用性。同时,对生物技术转化和利用沼气中CO_(2)进行了综述,并对各项技术的选择提供了比选依据,以期为沼气的工程应用提高参考。 Anaerobic digestion process is a low carbon treatment mode,however,higher content of CO_(2)in biogas restricts its further utilization.Separation and utilization of CO_(2)in biogas are the key issue to solve the problem of high value and low carbon utilization of biogas.This paper summarized technologies to separate CO_(2)in biogas,including membrane separation,water washing,pressure swing adsorption,low temperature separation,chemical absorption.It revealed the principles of the advantages and disadvantages,economy and applicability of those technologies in detail.At the same time,it summarized the conversion and utilization of CO_(2)in biogas by biotechnology,and provided the basis for comparison and selection of various technologies.Based on above,this paper aimed to improve the reference for the wider engineering application of biogas.
