摘要
森林资源是极为重要的公共资源,在维护生态系统、美化环境、推进社会协调发展方面发挥着积极作用,而且具有生态调节功能,能够确保自然生态系统处于相对均衡的状态。通过分析森林资源保护和利用之间的关系,指出了当前森林资源保护与利用存在的问题,并在此基础上给出了解决森林资源保护与利用问题的对策,包括树立森林资源保护意识、提高森林资源保护和利用的信息化水平、完善森林资源保护和利用的相关法律制度建设、加大森林资源保护及利用的相关人才培养力度、加强森林资源保护与利用的基础设施建设。
Forest resources are extremely important public resources.They play an active role in maintaining the entire ecosystem,beautifying the environment,and promoting coordinated social development.They also have ecological adjustment functions to ensure that the natural ecosystem is in a relatively balanced state.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the protection and utilization of forest resources,points out the existing problems in the protection and utilization of forest resources.On this basis,the countermeasures to solve the problems of forest resources protection and utilization are put forward,including establishing the awareness of forest resources protection,enhancing the informatization level of forest resources protection and utilization,improving the construction of relevant legal systems for the protection and utilization of forest resources,increasing efforts in cultivating professionals related to the protection and utilization of forest resources and strengthening the infrastructure construction of forest resources protection and utilization.
