摘要
废盐是工业生产中产生的危险废物之一,随着经济的不断发展,我国废盐年产生量不断增加。废盐含有多种污染物,直接排放会严重污染生态环境,合理处置废盐已成为我国工业可持续发展的客观要求。本文以湖南省某企业为例,结合蒸发分质结晶技术的特点,分析废盐蒸发分质结晶工艺改造,为废盐资源化利用提供参考。
Waste salt is one of the hazardous waste generated in industrial production,with the continuous development of the economy,the annual production of waste salt in China continues to increase.Waste salt contains various pollutants,and direct discharge will seriously pollute the ecological environment,and reasonable disposal of waste salt has become an objective requirement for sustainable industrial development in China.Taking a certain enterprise in Hunan Province as an example,combined with the characteristics of evaporation and fractional crystallization technology,this paper analyzes the transformation of waste salt evaporation and fractional crystallization process,providing reference for the resource utilization of waste salt.
