吉林省废铅蓄电池管理现状、产生量预测及对策建议

摘要 随着经济社会的不断发展,我国汽车保有量逐年上升,铅蓄电池报废数量也日益增加,而非法收集处理废铅蓄电池现象屡禁不绝,严重危害群众身体健康和生态环境安全。本文结合“十三五”时期吉林省废铅蓄电池管理现状,对“十四五”时期废铅蓄电池产生量进行预测,判断吉林省“十四五”时期废铅蓄电池收集率满足省级和国家要求的可能性,全面分析吉林省废铅蓄电池管理存在的问题,提出相关对策建议,以优化废铅蓄电池管理,提高资源综合利用率,同时改善区域生态环境。 With the continuous development of the economy and society,the number of cars in China has been increasing year by year,and the number of scrap lead batteries is also increasing,but the phenomenon of illegal collection and disposal of waste lead batteries is repeatedly prohibited,seriously endangering the health of the public and the safety of the ecological environment.Based on the waste lead battery management status in Jilin Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,this paper predicts the production of waste lead batteries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,judges the possibility of the collection rate of waste lead batteries meeting provincial and national requirements during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in Jilin Province,comprehensively analyzes the problems in waste lead battery management in Jilin Province,and proposes relevant countermeasure suggestions,so as to optimize the management of waste lead batteries,improve the comprehensive utilization rate of resources,and improve the regional ecological environment.
