氯盐环境下钢筋连接件受拉破坏特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同钢筋连接件在腐蚀环境下的拉伸性能和破坏特性,对不同直径及腐蚀程度的双面电弧焊、套筒冷挤压、镦粗直螺纹和灌浆套筒四种钢筋连接件分别进行电化学腐蚀试验和拉伸性能试验,研究钢筋直径、腐蚀程度及连接方式对钢筋连接件受拉破坏特性的影响,并建立不同腐蚀程度下钢筋连接件拉伸破坏强度计算模型.结果表明:腐蚀环境下钢筋连接件的抗拉性能明显下降,且受钢筋直径和腐蚀程度的影响明显;相同腐蚀程度下,灌浆套筒连接件的拉伸性能相较于其他连接方式的钢筋连接件更为稳定,当理论腐蚀率为20%时,其拉伸荷载-位移曲线仍有明显的屈服平台,破坏强度可达到未腐蚀试件的95%;所建立的拉伸破坏强度计算模型可用于腐蚀环境下钢筋连接件抗拉性能评估和破坏强度预测. In order to study the tensile properties and the failure pattern of different steel connectors in the corrosive environment,electrochemical corrosion test and tensile test for four kinds of steel connectors such as double-sided arc welding,cold extrusion sleeve,upsetting straight thread sleeve and grouting sleeve were carried out respectively.The effects of steel bar diameter,corrosion degree and connection mode on the tensile failure characteristics of steel connectors were studied,and the calculation model of tensile failure strength of steel connectors under different corrosion degrees was established.The results show that the tensile properties of the steel connectors degenerate obviously under the corrosion environment,and the connection properties of the connectors are more obviously affected by the corrosion levels and the diameters.With the same corrosion levels,the tensile properties of the grouting sleeve connectors are more stable than that of the other three kinds of connectors.Also,the load-displacement curves of the grouting sleeve connectors still keep an obvious yield plateau even under the corrosion level with 20%theoretical corrosion ratio,and the corresponding failure strength can still reach 95%of that of the uncorroded specimen.Furthermore,the proposed calculation model of the tensile failure strength of corroded steel connectors can be used to evaluate the tensile properties and predict the failure strength of steel connectors in the corrosive environment.
