顶模大平台体系顶升动力响应分析

The Dynamic Response of the Forming and Working Platform During the Jacking Process

摘要 为了揭示超高层建筑施工顶模大平台体系整体顶升时的动力响应特征,基于LS-DYNA程序,提出了“升温顶升”的模拟方法,构建了系统的显式动力计算模型,实现了系统顶升过程的动力分析。通过对实际工况的反演模拟明确了该体系顶升过程中的动力响应,并根据计算结果提出了系统主要结构的优化设计措施。进一步研究了0.005~0.1 m·s~(-2)不同顶升加速度工况下系统关键构件及支座的动力响应特征,明确了不同顶升加速度下系统关键构件内力及支座反力的动力影响系数,据此确定了顶升加速度安全控制阈值。最后得到了基于顶升加速度的动力影响系数计算式,可为采用该结构体系的顶升模架系统设计提供参考。 To study the dynamic response characteristics of the overall jacking of the forming and working platform in the construction of ultra-high-rise buildings,using the LS-DYNA program,a simulation method of'heating and jacking'was proposed,and an explicit dynamic model of the system was constructed to realize the system dynamic analysis of the jacking process.The dynamic response during the jacking process was clarified through the inversion simulation of the actual working conditions,and the optimal design measures for the main structure are proposed based on the calculation results.The dynamic response characteristics of the key components and supports under different jacking acelerations of 0.005-0.1 mes-²are further studied.The dynamic effects of the internal forces of the key components,and the reaction force of the supports under different jacking accelerations are clarified.According to the dynamic load coefficient,the safety control threshold of the jacking acceleration is determined.Finally,the calculation formula of the dynamic influence coefficient based on the jacking acceleration is obtained,which can provide a reference for the design of the forming and working platform system using this structural system.
