火电厂裕汽利用系统的运行

摘要 为降低厂用电率,对某1000MW电厂提出利用裕汽采用多级串并联汽轮机的形式,根据影响厂用电率的因素和电厂主要转动设备,确定裕汽驱动送风机、一次风机、引风机、循环水泵和凝结水泵。通过Ebsilon电站模拟软件模拟不同汽源、设备不同连接方式、不同回汽位置的运行状况,为比较不同设计方案并选出最优方案,提出厂用电率、供电煤耗和折算裕汽利用量3个评价指标。分析模拟结果得到最优设计方案为组合方案,THA变负荷至40%THA热再为汽源,转动设备串并连接,排汽汇至七八抽,30%THA汽源切换为主蒸汽,降低厂用电率最高达4.65%,具备深度调峰功能。 In order to reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate,a multi-stage series parallel turbine is proposed for a 1000MW power plant to use excess steam.Based on the factors that affect the auxiliary power consumption rate and the main rotating equipment of the power plant,the excess steam drives the supply fan,primary fan,induced draft fan,circulating water pump,and condensate water pump.By using the Ebsilon power plant simulation software to simulate the operating conditions of different steam sources,equipment connection methods,and return steam positions,in order to compare different design schemes and select the optimal scheme,three evaluation indicators are proposed:plant electricity rate,power supply coal consumption,and converted excess steam utilization.The optimal design scheme obtained from the analysis and simulation results is a combination scheme,where THA changes the load to 40%THA heat and then serves as the steam source.The rotating equipment is connected in series and connected in parallel,and the exhaust manifold is connected to the 7-8 extraction system.The 30%THA steam source is switched to the main steam,reducing the auxiliary power consumption rate by up to 4.65%,and possessing deep peak shaving function.
