摘要
兵地融合是兵团作为新疆组成部分的重要体现,也是发挥兵团特殊作用的重要途径。新时代兵地融合发展在新发展理念引领下更加聚焦新疆工作总目标,兵团主动融入新疆改革发展稳定大局,探索深化兵地融合发展新途径,积极推进兵地融合发展,推动形成经济融合发展、文化交融共建、民族团结共创的局面。文章认为要以新发展理念推进新时代兵地融合发展,牢固树立兵地“一盘棋”“兵地一家亲”思想,从国家战略和新疆大局出发,处理好兵地关系,实现与地方利益同体、感情相连,推动兵地深度融合发展。
The integration of XPCC into Xinjiang is an important embodiment of XPCC as a component of Xinjiang,and also an im⁃portant way to play XPCC’s special role.Under the guidance of new development concepts,the development of the integration of XPCC into Xinjiang in the new era is essential to the overall construction goal of Xinjiang work.XPCC actively integrates into Xinji⁃ang in the overall aspects of reform,development,and stability,explores and deepens new integration paths,actively promotes the development of the integration to boost the economic integration,cultural integration and co-construction,as well as ethnic unity and co-creation.The article believes that it is necessary to promote the integration of XPCC into Xinjiang in the new era with new development concept,firmly stick to the concept of the unity between XPCC and Xinjiang,adhere to the national strategy and the overall situation of Xinjiang,coordinate the relationship between XPCC and Xinjiang,achieve unity of local interests and emotional connection,and promote the integration of XPCC into Xinjiang.
