摘要
研究了用氢氧化钾从明矾石中浸出钾,考察了搅拌速度、浸出温度、碱矿质量比和浸出时间对钾浸出率的影响,并探讨了浸出动力学。结果表明:搅拌速度900 r/min、浸出温度70℃、浸出时间30 min、碱矿质量比3/1、KOH浓度50%条件下,钾浸出率最高可达96.91%;浸出过程动力学符合表面化学反应控制模型和Avrami-Erofeev模型,表观活化能分别为41.77、40.73 kJ/mol。该法可为解决钾资源供应问题提供一种新途径。
The leaching of potassium from alunite using potassium hydroxide was studied.The effects of stirring speed,leaching temperature,alkali-mineral mass ratio and leaching time on the leaching rate of potassium were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of stirring speed of 900 r/min,leaching temperature of 70℃,leaching time of 30 min,alkali-mineral mass ratio of 3/1 and KOH concentration of 50%,the highest potassium leaching rate can reach 96.91%.The kinetics of leaching process is consistent with the surface chemical reaction control model and the Avrami-Erofeev model,and the apparent activation energies are 41.77 kJ/mol and 40.73 kJ/mol,respectively.This method can provide a new potential way to solve the problem of potassium resource supply.
