摘要
目的:对抽动障碍(tic disorders, TD)领域研究进行文献计量学和可视化分析,旨在全面展示国际TD领域的研究热点和前沿趋势。方法:以Web of Science核心数据库文献为数据来源,基于文献计量分析平台和CiteSpace软件分析方法,对国际上2000—2022年发表的TD领域的文献进行系统梳理和可视化分析。结果:最终纳入4 811篇文献。近23年来国际上TD领域的年发文量总体呈稳步上升趋势,美国在该领域占据优势,总发文量和合作关系密切程度均排首位。关键词共现网络、突现分析以及被引文献聚类分析显示不同时期TD研究热点和前沿有所变化,主要包括TD流行病学、慢性TD/Tourette综合征、病因机制、共患病/损害及非药物治疗。期刊双图叠加分析显示TD领域研究呈现交叉、多学科、宏观与微观结合的发展趋势。结论:目前国际TD领域研究处于蓬勃发展时期,不同时期研究热点和前沿有所变化。加强国际间交流合作,及时掌握TD领域研究新动向,强调多学科协作模式,积极开拓TD干预新思路是当前TD领域研究发展的重点内容。
Objective:We conducted a bibliometric and visual analysis of research on tic disorders(TD)to comprehensively display the international research hotspots and frontier trends in this field.Methods:Data were retrieved from the Web of Science Core database.Literature of TD published from 2000 to 2022 was systematically sorted and visually analyzed,based on a bibliometric analysis platform and CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 4811 publications were finally included.The annual number of publications in the field of TD has increased steadily in the past 23 years.The United States has a dominant position,ranking the first in both the total number of damage,and nonpharmacologic treatments.The dual-map overlays of journals showed that research on TD presented a developing trend of intersection,multidisciplinarity,and a combination of macro and micro levels.Conclusion:The international research on TD is undergoing vigorous development at present,and the research hotspots and frontiers have changed in different periods.Strengthening international exchange and cooperation,timely grasping new trends,emphasizing the model of multidisciplinary cooperation,and actively exploring new ideas of intervention are the critical contents of current development of researchon TD.
