摘要
构建高效规范的体育公共服务绩效评价体系是推动我国体育公共服务提质增效的重要抓手。以国内外期刊公开发表的关于体育公共服务绩效评价的期刊论文作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、知识图谱法对我国体育公共服务绩效评价研究的时空分布、动态识辨与发展前瞻进行探讨与分析。通过梳理体育公共服务绩效评价相关研究,将其划分为3个发展阶段与4个研究聚类,主要包括体育公共服务绩效评价理论、评价主体、评价指标与评价工具4个动态研究视角。同时,未来我国体育公共服务绩效评价研究应从深化评价理论基础、提升评价主体质效、重塑评价指标外延、创新评价工具实践角度进一步丰富拓展,以期为我国体育公共服务绩效评价研究后续的深入开展提供借鉴与启示。
Constructing an efficient and standardized sports public service performance evaluation system is an important starting point to promote the quality and efficiency of China's sports public service system.Taking the periodical papers on sports public service performance evaluation at home and abroad as the research object,this paper discusses and analyzes the temporal and spatial distribution,dynamic knowledge and development prospect of sports public service performance evaluation in China by using the methods of literature and knowledge map.By combing the relevant research on sports public service performance evaluation,it is divided into three different stages and four research clusters,mainly including four research dynamic perspectives:sports public service performance evaluation theory,evaluation subject,evaluation indicators and evaluation tools.At the same time,it is considered that the future research on sports public service performance evaluation in China should be further enriched and expanded from four aspects:Deepening the theoretical basis of evaluation,improving the quality and efficiency of evaluation subjects,reshaping the extension of evaluation indicators and innovating the practice of evaluation tools,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the follow-up in-depth development of sports public service performance evaluation research.
