摘要
迈入新时代,国内外形势错综复杂,我国面临的社会治安风险日趋多样,治安问题日益复杂,治理难度日渐增大。党的二十大报告提出“要强化社会治安整体防控,完善社会治理体系”,为提高公共安全治理水平指明了前进方向。当前的社会治安整体防控面临着整体性布局不足、主动性意识不强、精细化程度不深、多元化力度不够等问题,公安机关应立足于高质量发展的时代需求,从完善整体规划、健全考核体系、优化勤务机制以及深化多元共治等方面进一步提升社会治安整体防控效能。
With our advancement into the new era,the domestic and international situation has become complicated,the public order risks are increasingly diversified and its problems are increasingly complex so its governance is increasingly difficult.The report of 2Oth CPC National Congress instructs that"we should strengthen the overall public order control and improve the social governance system",which shows the way to improve the public order governance.Nowadays,the overall public order control confronts such problems as deficient overall layout,weak initiative,low degree of refinement,and not enough diversification.Based on the needs of contemporary high-quality development,police agencies should increase the overall public order control efficiency by further improving the overall planning,perfecting the assessment system,optimizing the duty performance mechanism and deepening the pluralistic co-governance.
