面向“产教融合、协同育人”的工程管理人才培养模式改革研究 被引量:5

摘要 在国家政策引领和建筑行业发展趋势的推动下,对于致力培养工程项目全过程管理能力的工程管理专业,实行“产教融合、协同育人”是专业建设与改革的必然选择。针对现阶段工程管理专业产教融合育人中普遍存在的合作层次浅、产教融合度低、实质性成效差等问题,研究提出了工程管理专业“产教融合、协同育人”人才培养模式的思路和内容。并从构建三元特色教学体系、设计面向全过程能力培养的教学内容、实施“五个引入”双主体协同育人机制、建立“三螺旋合作模式”的政校企共建机制等角度论述了该模式的实现路径。通过产教融合育人以期提升工程管理专业人才培养质量,实现高校与企业协同育人共享共赢。 With the national policies guidance and construction industry development trend,it is an inevitable choice for engineering management specialty to implement production-education integration and coordination mode.Engineering management specialty commit to cultivate the life-cycle project management ability.In view of those common problems including low cooperation level,low integration degree,and poor substantive effect in engineering management specialty at this stage,an effective cultivation mode of production-education integration and coordination was explored and innovated.The thought and content of this training mode were subsequently elaborated in detail.In addition,realization paths of this mode were discussed respectively are ternary characteristic teaching system,teaching content oriented to life-cycle management ability,collaborative education mechanism based on five introductions,three spiral cooperation mechanism of government,university and enterprise.Through production-education integration and coordination,the quality of engineering management personnel training can be improved,and a win-win situation for universities and enterprises can also be achieved.
