摘要
以奶油生菜为试材,采用外源DL-硒代蛋氨酸对生菜进行处理,研究不同浓度外源DL-硒代蛋氨酸对生菜各时期生长性状及品质变化的影响,以期为蔬菜富硒安全生产提供参考依据。结果表明:外源DL-硒代蛋氨酸灌根处理能有效促进生菜株高、株幅、叶片数和叶面积的提高,增加了地上和地下部分干、鲜质量及单位面积产量,提高了叶绿素总量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C和硒含量,降低了硝态氮含量;低浓度(0.5 mg·L^(-1))对生菜的品质提升不明显,而高浓度(2.0 mg·L^(-1))的DL-硒代蛋氨酸处理则导致生菜硒含量超标。综上所述,1.0 mg·L^(-1)浓度的DL-硒代蛋氨酸应用于生菜生产最为适宜。
The butter head lettuce was used as experimental material,the growth and quality of lettuce were determined by using different concentrations of exogenous DL-selenomethionine,in order to provide reference for the research and application of vegetable selenium-enriched production.The results showed that root irrigation with exogenous DL-selenomethionine had significant increase the high,plant-spoke,number of leaves,leave area,fresh weight and dry weight of aboveground and underground lettuce,and increased the content of total chlorophyll,soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and selenium,decreased the content of nitrate nitrogen.The effect of low concentration on the physiological indexes of lettuce was not obvious,and the high concentration of exogenous DL-selenomethionine treatments made the selenium content of lettuce exceed the national standard,which was not suitable for production.In conclusion,the DL-selenomethionine treatments of lettuce with a concentration of 1.0 mg·L^(-1)had better effect on quality improvement and yield increase.
