摘要
本研究以阿拉尔垦区栽培模式下的枣园为研究对象,通过测定不同年龄等级红枣样树的叶片、枝干、根系、果实各器官以及土壤样品,分析枣园地上、地下化学计量特征,揭示南疆枣园碳、氮、磷分配格局。结果表明,受年龄等级影响,P含量在各器官中差异不显著,而根系C、N含量和枝干N含量在年龄等级间呈显著性差异,其中V年龄等级根系C含量和枝干N含量最低,II年龄等级根系N含量最高。年龄等级对红枣植株各器官N∶P影响均不显著,对根系的C∶N、C∶P影响显著。从各年龄等级红枣植株叶片和根系N∶P可知,叶片和根系生长分别受P、N限制。除II年龄等级土壤C含量为强变异性外,其余年龄等级土壤C、N、P含量均为中等以下变异性。枣园土壤C∶P和N∶P呈较低水平,表明土壤可利用的N元素有限。因此,在生产经营过程中应适度增施N、P肥,有利于改善枣园生长环境条件。
This experiment took the jujube gardens under the cultivation mode in Alar reclamation area as the research object,the leaves,branches,roots and fruits of jujube organs andsoil samples were obtained by determination of different age grades,and analyzed the above-ground and underground ecological stoichiometry characteristic of the jujube gardens to reveal the distribution pattern of carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus in jujube gardens in Southern Xinjiang.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of P among all organs under the influence of age grades,while the contents of C and N in roots and N in branches were significantly different among different between,among which the contents of C and N in roots and stems of V age grade were the lowest,and the content of N in roots of II age grade was the highest.Age grades had no significant effect on the N∶P of various organs of jujube plants,but had significant effect on the C∶N and C∶P of roots.According to N∶P in leaves and roots of jujube plants of all age grades,the growth of leaves and roots was limited by P and N,respectively.The contents of C,N,and P in soil of the other age grades showed moderate or lower variability except for the strong variability of C content in soil of II age grade.The low levels of C∶P and N∶P in jujube gardens soil indicate that the available N element in soil is limited.Therefore,the application of N and P fertilizer should be increased moderately in the process of production and management,which is conducive to improving the growth environment conditions of jujube gardens.
