摘要
对一种船舶用新型薄膜扭矩传感器的环境适应性进行试验研究,按船舶环境条件对该传感器进行温湿度、盐雾和霉菌试验,采用该新型扭矩传感器对船舶工况进行振动和疲劳试验,并将经过试验的薄膜扭矩传感器在扭矩标准机上进行静态校准,验证该新型薄膜扭矩传感器能够满足船舶环境条件下长期稳定工作的要求,验证了薄膜优良的抗温湿度、防腐性能,是薄膜技术在船舶扭矩传感器领域的创新运用。
Environment adaptability test of one kind of new thin film torque transducer use for marine is studied.Referring to marine condition,the new torque transducer is tested by temperature and humidity,salt fog and fungus,and yet test by vibration and fatigue.After that,the thin film torque transducer on static torque machine is calibrated,the thin film torque transducer still has high accuracy.It is verified that the new thin film torque transducer can satisfy the request of long and stable working at marine condition.It is proved that the thin film torque transducer is of resisting temperature and humidity,salt fog and fungus capabilities.It is the innovation application at marine torque transducer for the thin film technique.
