“越轨”的女性与“滑动”的文化保守主义——从1930年代张恨水小说改编的影片说开 被引量:1

摘要 19311941年期间,张恨水“鸳蝴”小说被频频搬上银幕,在复杂多变的历史语境下焕发着与时俱进的现代性价值。伴随着中国早期电影“元叙事”的自反性探索,众多电影公司对张恨水小说改编电影发起了有声片的突破性尝试,如联华影业公司推出的《银汉双星》、明星影片公司的《啼笑因缘》等。张恨水一系列小说被各电影公司导演不断改编并推向银幕,这一文学改编电影的现象经历了20世纪30年代初的社会文化转型、上海“孤岛”电影时期和1941年太平洋战争全面爆发后的“沦陷”时期,不断展现出通俗剧适时性价值与银幕生命力,在情爱叙事的感伤现代性下折射了女性形象的“越轨”特点。其中,张恨水小说改编电影作品中的价值评判标准呈现出跟随时代而调整的适时性特点,集中体现了女性命运截然不同的走向,反馈出文化保守主义下“犹疑”的评价标准和社会转型下“滑动”的价值选择;此外,还依据不同时代的女性站位适时而变地呈现出从鼓励到规训的过程。在民族形势严峻的特殊历史时期,张恨水作品的“银幕化”现象彰显了在革命电影叙事文学背后隐藏的生活气息,反映了市民的整体风貌与广泛的社会现实。在“通俗”外衣包裹下,其作者意识与社会呼吁借用银幕得到了广泛传播,完成了对20世纪三四十年代上海都市的映射。 During 19311941,Zhang Henshui’s“mandarin duck and butterfly school”novel was frequently put on the screen,showing the modern value of advancing with the times in the complex and ever-changing historical context.Along with the reflexive exploration of the early film“meta-narrative”,many companies have launched a breakthrough attempt on audio films adapted from Zhang Henshui’s novel,such as“YinHanShuangXing”launched by Lianhua Company and“TiXiaoYinYuan”launched by Mingxing Company.A series of novels by Zhang Henshui have been continuously adapted and pushed onto the screen by directors from various companies.This phenomenon of literary adaptation of movies has undergone social and cultural transformations in the early 1930s,the“isolated island”film period in Shanghai,and the“fallen”period after the comprehensive outbreak of the Pacific War in 1941,continuously displaying the timely value and screen vitality of popular dramas,and reflecting the“deviant”characteristics of female images under the sentimental modernity of love narrative.Among them,the value evaluation criteria in the film adaptations of Zhang Henshui’s novels show a timely adjustment to the times,which collectively reflects the distinct trajectories of women’s destinies,reflecting the“hesitation”evaluation criteria under cultural conservatism and the“sliding”value choice under social transformation.In addition,it presents a process characteristic of changing from encouragement to discipline according to the positions of women in different eras.During the special historical period of severe national situation,the“screenization”phenomenon of Zhang Henshui’s works highlighted the hidden flavor of life behind revolutionary film narrative literature,reflecting the overall style and social reality of the citizens.Wrapped in the“popular”clothing,its author’s consciousness and social appeal have been widely disseminated through the screen,completing the mapping of the Shanghai metropolis in the 1930s and 1940s.
