摘要
选用紫外可见分光光度法对药物中人参皂苷Rb1的含量进行了检测,紫外检测波长为200 nm,提取溶剂为超纯水,试验结果表明人参皂苷Rb1含量在8.00~480.00μg/mL时吸光度与其浓度呈成良好的线性关系,准确度和重现性较好。该方法操作简单、方便快捷、回收率较好,适用于快速测定药物中人参皂苷Rb1的含量。
This article uses UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rb1 in the drug.The condition is 200nm and the extraction solvent is ultrapure water.The results show that when the content of Ginsenoside Rb1 is 8.00~480.00μg/mL,there is a good linear relationship between absorbance and concentration,with good accuracy and reproducibility.The method is simple,convenient,rapid,and has good recovery rate,and is suitable for the rapid determination of the content of Ginsenoside Rb1 in drugs.
