摘要
主要介绍可拆卸板式热交换器橡胶密封垫片的设计过程。密封截面设计主要在于选择合理的截面形式、科学计算密封垫厚度压缩比;挂扣的各种形式以及不同挂扣的使用场景;以及拉筋和泄漏信号槽的设计方法及注意事项。并介绍使用非线性有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析,通过橡胶垫片的Mises等效应力和接触应力的大小及分布情况,综合评价不同截面设计的优劣,从而优化橡胶密封垫片设计。
This article focuses on the design process of rubber gaskets for plate-and-frame heat exchange.The sealing section design mainly consists in selecting a reasonable cross-sectional form and scientifically calculating the thickness compression ratio of the sealing gasket;Various forms of hookers and different use scenarios of hookers;As well as the design method and precautions of tension ribs and leakage signal slots.The nonlinear finite element analysis software was used for numerical simulation analysis,and the Mises equivalent stress and contact stress of rubber gaskets were used to comprehensively evaluate the merits of different section designs,so as to optimize the rubber sealing gaskets design.
