摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)检测了茶叶中磷、硼和硒元素的含量。茶叶样品采用HNO 3和H 2O 2混合酸进行密闭高压消解后,以钪和锗元素作为内标元素,辅以碰撞反应池技术和动态反应池技术消除待测元素的质谱干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定其中的磷、硼和硒含量。磷在0~100μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.6 mg/kg;硼在0~500 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.04 mg/kg;硒在0~100 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.0004 mg/kg。试验测得茶叶样品中硒含量范围在0.059~0.190 mg/kg,平均值为0.112 mg/kg,磷含量范围在1.70~2.66 g/kg,平均值为2.09 g/kg。硼元素含量范围在10.2~16.2 mg/kg,平均值为13.4 mg/kg。试验采用国家一级标准物质绿茶(GBW 10052)验证方法的准确度,各待测元素(磷、硼、硒)的测定值均在证书标示值范围内。方法准确、可靠,可用于茶叶中磷、硼和硒含量的快速检测。
The contents of phosphorus,boron and selenium in tea were determined by inductively coupled plasma(ICP-MS).The samples were digested with HNO 3 and H 2O 2 under high pressure,scandium and germanium were used as internal standard,and mass spectrum interference was eliminated by collision reaction cell technology and dynamic reaction cell technology.The contents of phosphorus,boron and selenium in tea samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.The linear relationship of phosphorus was good in the range of 0~100μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.6 mg/kg.The linear relationship of boron was good in the range of 0~500 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.04 mg/kg.The linear relationship of selenium was good in the range of 0~100 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.0004 mg/kg.The selenium content in tea samples ranged from 0.059~0.190 mg/kg,with an average of 0.112 mg/kg,and the phosphorus content ranged from 1.70~2.66 g/kg,with an average of 2.09 g/kg.The content of boron element ranges from 10.2~16.2 mg/kg,with an average of 13.4 mg/kg.The national certified standard substance green tea(GBW 10052)was used to verify the accuracy of the method,and the determined values of all elements to be measured were within the labeled range.The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of phosphorus,boron and selenium in tea.
