摘要
为了解决煤矿井下单一厚煤层开采时通风条件差、回采率低的不足的问题,提出了一种新的井下单一巷道放顶煤综采技术方法。先沿着煤层边界设置一条采区上山,然后再掘进出一条回采巷道,随着开采的进行在巷道顶板侧维护一条回风巷,然后控制液压支架逐步推移,连续作业形成完整的综采生产系统。根据实际应用表明,新的综采技术能够将回采率提升到88.4%,极大的改善了开采时的通风条件,具有极大的应用推广价值。
In order to address the shortcomings of poor ventilation conditions and low recovery rate during the mining of a single thick coal seam in coal mines,a new underground single roadway top-coal caving comprehensive mining technology method is proposed.Firstly,set up a mining area along the boundary of the coal seam to climb the mountain,and then excavate in and out of a mining roadway.As the mining progresses,maintain a return air roadway on the roof side of the roadway,and then control the hydraulic support to gradually move forward,forming a complete comprehensive mining production system through continuous operation.According to practical applications,the new fully mechanized mining technology can increase the recovery rate to 88.4%,greatly improving the ventilation conditions during mining,and has great application and promotion value.
