摘要
为了更好地了解中掘法,介绍了中掘法的适用范围、基本原理、施工流程和优缺点。对5根试桩进行静载试验,根据静载试验结果,对其抗压承载能力进行了分析。试验结果表明:中掘法管桩Q-s曲线呈现缓变型,挤土效应小,桩端阻力有明显提高,桩端阻力和桩侧摩阻力没有同步发挥,桩侧摩阻力发挥性状受到土体深度和桩顶荷载等影响。中掘扩底法管桩竖向抗压承载能力高,具有很多优点和良好的应用前景。
In order to understand the method of dig construction better,the paper introduces the scope of application,the basic principles,the construction process,advantages and disadvantages of method of dig construction.The static load tests on five test piles have been done,according to the test results,the compressive bearing capacity is analysed.The test results show that:the Q-s curves of pipe piles by method of dig construction vary gradually,the compaction effect of soil is small,there is a significant increase in the tip resistance.The tip resistance and the side friction resistance don’t play synchronously,the developing characteristics of the side friction resistance are affected by the soil depth and the load on the pile top and so on.Pipe piles by NAKS method have higher vertical compressive bearing capacity,many advantages and a good prospect of application.
