摘要
通过调整蒸汽养护工艺,研究静停时间、蒸养时间对混凝土力学性能和耐久性能的影响。对比蒸汽养护混凝土与标准养护、同条件养护混凝土力学性能的差异,及蒸汽养护混凝土与标准养护混凝土抗冻性能、抗渗性能的差异,确定最佳的蒸汽养护工艺,从工艺上减少蒸汽养护对混凝土性能的不利影响。最后,采用确定的蒸汽养护工艺,调整蒸汽养护混凝土所用的减水剂类型,确定适宜蒸汽养护混凝土使用的外加剂种类,从而进一步保证蒸汽养护混凝土的质量。
By adjusting steam curing process,the effects of static stop time and steam curing time on mechanical properties and durability of concrete were studied.The differences of mechanical properties between steam curing concrete and standard curing concrete,curing concrete under the same condition,and the differences of frost resistance and impermeability between steam curing concrete and standard curing concrete were compared,the optimum steam curing process is determined to reduce the adverse effect of steam curing on the performance of concrete.Finally,the water-reducing admixture types suitable for steam curing concrete are determined by adjusting the steam curing technology,and the water-reducing admixture types suitable for steam curing concrete are determined,so as to further ensure the quality of steam curing concrete.
