摘要
随着互联网的发展和大数据的应用,物流末端配送依托于大数据、无人驾驶、物联网等高新技术进行无人式配送成为发展新趋势,但新事物的发展及应用必然会引发新的法律问题,无人物流配送模式在发展过程中面临诸多风险和困境。文章将探讨无人物流配送下的法律责任分配问题,包括无人车辆等设备的损坏、交通事故、运输货物的丢失等问题,通过分析相关法律法规,给出相应的解决方案,以保障无人物流配送行业的健康发展。
With the development of the Internet and the application of big data,unmanned delivery relying on high-tech such as big data,unmanned driving,and the Internet of Things and other high and new technologies has become a new trend in logistics end delivery.However,the development and application of new things will inevitably lead to new legal issues,and the unmanned logistics delivery model faces many risks and difficulties in the development process.This paper will explore the issue of legal responsibility allocation in unmanned logistics delivery,including equipment damage of unmanned vehicles,traffic accidents,loss of transported goods,etc.By analyzing relevant laws and regulations and proposing corresponding solutions,this paper aims to promote the healthy development of the unmanned logistics delivery industry.
