摘要
职业教育发展与“双减”政策的逻辑关联表现在教育一致性、政治互补性、文化相依性等方面,因此职业教育是推动“双减”改革的重要力量。而职业教育赋能“双减”具有多层意蕴,体现为观念层面增进职业教育功能认识、环境层面缓解普职分流社会焦虑、目标层面推动职业教育高质量发展、技术层面凸显课后服务职教优势。要充分发挥职业教育在“双减”改革中的积极作用,一是推进职业启蒙,改善对职业教育的认识;二是完善职普融通制度,缓解普职分流社会焦虑;三是提高职教办学水平,扩大优质教育资源供给;四是整合职教优势资源,助力普通学校课后服务。
The logical relationship between the development of vocational education and the policy of “double reduction” is shown in the aspects of educational consistency,political complementarity,cultural interdependence,etc.,so it is an important force to promote the reform of “double reduction”.The “double reduction” of vocational education empowerment has multiple implications,which is reflected in the improvement of vocational education function understanding at the conceptual level,the alleviation of social anxiety of general-vocational diversion at the environmental level,the promotion of high-quality development of vocational education at the goal level,and the highlighting of the advantages of after-school service of vocational education at the technical level.We should give full play to the positive role of vocational education in the “double reduction” reform:promote vocational enlightenments and improve people's understanding to vocational education;improve the system of general-vocational integration to alleviate social anxiety to generalvocational diversion;improve the level of vocational education and expand the supply of high-quality educational resources;integrate superior resources of vocational education to help ordinary schools provide after-school services.
