摘要
功率变换器故障是影响开关磁阻电机系统运行的主要问题之一,电机系统长期运行故障状态下可能会对整个系统造成不可逆的损伤。为此,该文提出一种适用于三相开关磁阻电机的容错控制策略,保证电机系统在开关管开路故障下可以容错运行。在健康状态下,开关磁阻电机系统为两相励磁运行模式,保证绕组利用率。在开关管开路故障时,使用第四桥臂在故障相上产生反向电流,开关磁阻电机系统调整为单相励磁模式,解决开关管开路故障时输出转矩缺相的问题。所提方法在使用较少冗余开关的基础上,提高了开关磁阻电机系统在开路障条件下的容错能力。仿真和实验结果验证了所提容错控制方法的有效性。
The power converter fault in a switched reluctance motor(SRM)system is one of the main problems affecting the operation of the system.Long-term operation of the SRM system in a fault state will possibly cause irreversible damage to the entire system.Hence,this paper proposes a fault-tolerant control strategy suitable for three-phase SRM to ensure that the motor system can stably operate under the condition of open-circuit fault in a switch tube.In a healthy state,the switched reluctance motor system operates with two-phase excitation to ensure winding utilization.When the switch tube has an open-circuit fault,the fourth bridge arm is used to generate a reverse current on the faulty phase to adjust to the single-phase excitation mode,which solves the problem of output torque phase loss under the open-circuit fault condition.The proposed method improves the fault tolerance of the SRM system under open-circuit fault condition on the basis of using less redundant switches.Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed fault-tolerant control method.
