摘要
泵控系统具有能量效率高的特点,四配流窗口轴向柱塞泵可直接闭式控制差动缸运动,也可单泵闭式控制两个对称执行器。为分析柱塞泵内部流场特性,运用流体仿真软件PumpLinx建立柱塞泵内部流场网格模型,考虑摩擦副油膜,通过用户自定义函数定义网格运动,在不同工况下对柱塞泵进行流场仿真,得到了排油口流量曲线、柱塞腔压力曲线、速度云图和压力云图。通过对比仿真结果与理论计算结果验证了流场模型的准确性,为四配流窗口轴向柱塞泵结构设计及优化提供参考依据。
The pump control system is characterized by high energy efficiency.Four assignment windows axial piston pump can directly control the differential cylinder and two symmetrical actuators in a closed circuit.In order to analyze the characteristics of the flow field of the pump,the software PumpLinx was used to establish a grid model of the pump,considering the oil film of the friction pair,and using user-defined functions to define the grid motion.The simulation of the pump was carried out under different working conditions,the flow curve of the outlet,the pressure curve of the piston cavity,and the cloud diagram of velocity field and pressure field were obtained.The accuracy of the flow field model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the theoretical calculation results,which provides a reference for the structural design and optimization of the four assignment windows axial piston pump.
