液压挖掘机动臂势能回收系统设计

摘要 针对现有挖掘机动臂重力势能回收系统缺陷及重力势能严重浪费等问题,进行了重力势能回收系统方案设计,提出一种液压挖掘机动臂下降流量再生回收系统。基于AMESim对各元件模型及系统仿真总模型进行了搭建和参数配置,仿真分析了动臂升降时大小腔压力、流量、再生流量动态性能及动臂位移速度动态性能,计算了动臂下降再生流量贡献率,研究了再生阀芯通径、大腔回油背压、主阀LS→动臂小腔通流面积对再生流量和动臂速度的影响情况,最后进行了整机数据测试。研究结果表明:流量再生阀对动臂下降贡献率仿真值为48%,实测计算值为28.2%;增大流量再生阀通径,再生流量增加,动臂下降速度增大;增加动臂下降背压,再生流量不增加,反而减小,动臂下降速度减小,原因是增加下降背压使大腔输出流量减小,故可再生流量减小,则动臂下降变慢;增大主阀LS腔→小腔通流面积,再生流量增加,动臂下降加快。 In view of the existing limitations of the excavator boom gravity potential energy recovery system and the serious waste of the gravity potential energy,the gravity potential energy recovery system is designed.A hydraulic excavator boom descending flow regeneration and recovery system is proposed.Based on AMESim,each component model and the overall system simulation model are built and parameters are configured.The dynamic performance of the pressure,flow rate,the large and small cavities regeneration flow rate and the boom displacement speed dynamic performance during boom lifting are simulated and analyzed.The boom lowering regeneration flow contribution rateis calculated.The influence of the the regeneration flow valve core diameter,the the large chamber return oil back pressure,the main valve LS → the flow area of the boom small chamber of on the regeneration flow and boom speed was studied.Finally,a complete machine data test was conducted.The results show that the flow regeneration contribution rate simulated valve to boom lowering is 48% and the measured and calculated value is 28.2%.Increase the flow regeneration valve diameter,the regeneration flow increases,and the boom lowering speed increases.When the boom lowering back pressure increases,the regeneration flow does not increase,but decreases,and the boom lowering speed decreases.The reason is that increasing the falling back pressure will reduce the output flow of the large chamber,so if the renewable flow decreases and the boom will fall slowly.Increase the flow area from the main valve LS chamber→ the small chamber,the regeneration flow increases and the boom lowers faster.
