基于场景的燃料电池商用车能量管理策略研究

摘要 能量管理策略开发作为燃料电池动力系统整车开发应用的核心技术之一,可使燃料电池汽车在获得更好的动力性和经济性的同时能有效延长燃料电池系统的寿命。文章在综合分析各类能量管理策略特点的基础上,结合商用车“场景定义汽车”的特点,研究提出基于商用车应用场景的燃料电池动力系统匹配方案和能量管理策略开发方案,并通过MATLAB仿真模型优化、Lab Car台架迭代测试和真实运营场景实车数据分析验证,形成了基于场景的燃料电池商用车能量管理策略全过程的闭环开发流程。 Energy management strategy development is one of the core technologies for fuel cell powertrain system development.It enables fuel cell vehicles to achieve better power performance and fuel efficiency while effectively extending the lifespan of the fuel cell system.Based on comprehensive analysis of various energy management strategy characteristics and considering the characteristics of commercial vehicles as"scenario-defined vehicles",a fuel cell powertrain system matching scheme and energy management strategy development plan based on commercial vehicle application scenarios have been proposed.The proposed plan has been validated through MATLAB simulation model optimization,Lab Car bench testing and reality operational data analysis,forming a closedloop development process for scenario-based energy management strategies on fuel cell commercial vehicles.
