摘要
食品生产不仅要控制生产成本,还要追求食品的质量安全。有效的质量管理手段不仅可以顺利解决生产过程中遇到的质量问题,还可以节省时间和试错成本,有助于企业的良性健康发展。5M1E是一个广泛应用于制造业的质量管理工具,运用于食品生产管理中可以优化食品生产流程,控制产品质量,帮助企业实现食品生产的高效与质量的稳定。因此,将5M1E分析法引入食品生产管理中十分必要。本文探讨5M1E与食品质量的关联,并尝试分析其在食品生产管理中的应用,旨在针对食品企业在实际生产过程中遇到的一些问题,从5M1E管理方法的角度提供有效的解决途径。
Food production should not only control the production cost,but also pursue the quality and safety of food.Effective quality management means can not only successfully solve the quality problems encountered in the production process,but also save time and trial and error costs,which is conducive to the healthy development of enterprises.5M1E is a quality management tool widely used in manufacturing industry,which can optimize food production process,control product quality,and help enterprises achieve high efficiency and stable quality of food production.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce 5M1E analysis into food production management.This paper discusses the relationship between 5M1E and food quality,and tries to analyze its application in food production management,aiming at providing effective solutions to some problems encountered by food enterprises in the actual production process from the perspective of 5M1E management methods.
