29个紫花苜蓿品种种子萌发期耐盐性评价 被引量:6

Evaluation on Salt Tolerance of 29 Alfalfa Cultivars During Germination

摘要 为筛选适宜江苏沿海滩涂地区种植的耐盐紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种,本研究选用29份紫花苜蓿品种的种子为试验材料,采用培养皿培养法,设置5个盐浓度梯度,研究盐胁迫对种子发芽势、发芽率、芽长和根长的影响,并利用隶属函数分析法进行了综合评价。结果表明:1.5%NaCl处理对紫花苜蓿发芽率、发芽势、胚芽胚根长具有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);利用隶属函数分析法对紫花苜蓿萌发期的各个指标的平均值进行排名,结合不同紫花苜蓿品种的秋眠级和丰产性,筛选出了适合在江苏沿海滩涂盐渍化土壤上种植的5个品种,分别为‘皇冠’‘阿罗拉’‘赛迪7’‘莎莎’‘劲能5020’。本研究为沿海滩涂利用紫花苜蓿进行土壤改良提供依据。 In order to select and breed the salt-tolerant alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)varieties suitable for cultivation on the coastal mudflats in Jiangsu,the petri-dish filter paper germination method was conducted to investigate the germination potential,germination rate and root length,bud length of the twenty-nine cultivars of alfalfa under different NaCl treatments;further the comprehensive evaluation was performed using affiliation function analysis.The results showed that 1.5%NaCl treatment had a significant inhibitory effect on germination rate,germination potential,shoot length and root length of the tested alfalfa varieties(P<0.05).Ranking the performance of the different cultivars during the germination by using the average value of membership function analysis,and 5 varieties suitable on salinized soil in Jiangsu coastal beach were selected based on fall dormancy and fertility:‘Phabulous’‘Aurora’‘Sardi 7’‘Salsa’and‘Power 5020’.This study would provide a basis for using alfalfa in coastal mudflats for soil improvement and forage harvest.
