摘要
设计了一种二氧化碳相变推射柔性网的装置,提出了柔性绳网的折叠收纳、抛射展开和碰撞缠绕方案。针对柔性网在展开过程中大变形、非线性的动力学特性,展开了仿真模拟和试验研究。首先,为了更好地对柔性网展开性能进行描述,构建了以柔性网展开时间、有效展开持续时长等为评价指标的柔性网综合评价体系。然后,基于集中质量假设建立了柔性网的非线性动力学模型,并建立了柔性网抛射展开动力学模型和接触碰撞动力学模型,以及对应的有限元计算模型。对仿真计算得出的数据进行了总结,分析了不同的初始条件、不同网体构型以及不同碰撞位置等因素对于各项评价指标的影响,增加牵引质量块的质量占比和增大展开角均有利于改善柔性网展开性能。最后,搭建了一套拦截捕获演示验证试验系统,完成了质量块推射试验、柔性网抛射展开试验和目标无人机捕获试验,基于高速摄像序列图像处理结果,总结分析了拦截捕获过程的一般性规律,验证了系统方案的可行性和有效性。
A device for carbon dioxide phase-change ejection of a flexible net was proposed.The folding and storage,ejection and deployment,collision and winding schemes of the flexible net were designed.In view of the large deformation and nonlinear characteristics of a flexible net during the expansion process,simulation and experimental research were carried out.Firstly,in order to better describe the unfolding performance of the network,a comprehensive evaluation system taking unfolding time,effective unfolding time as evaluation indexes was constructed.Then,the nonlinear dynamics model of the flexible net was established based on the lumped mass hypothesis,and the ejection deployment dynamic model,contact collision dynamic model and corresponding finite-element model of the flexible net were built.The influence of different initial conditions,net configurations and collision positions on the evaluation indexes was analyzed.It is beneficial for improving the expansion performance of flexible net to increase the mass proportion of traction mass block and the expansion angle.Finally,a set of test system of interception,capture demonstration and verification was built.The mass block push test,flexible net launch test and target drone capture test were completed.Based on the results of high-speed camera sequence image processing,the general rules of interception and capture process were summarized and analyzed,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system scheme.
