聚酰胺树脂废料回收利用

摘要 随着聚酰胺的发展,其应用领域越来越广,废弃聚酰胺回收问题随之而来。目前回收废弃聚酰胺的方法包括物理回收、化学回收和绿色回收等多种方法。物理回收方法通常包括对废弃聚酰胺的分离、清洗、切割、研磨、混合、再生等工艺,用于生产再生聚酰胺制品。这种方法具有技术成熟、成本低廉等优势,是回收利用废弃聚酰胺的主要途径。化学回收方法主要通过化学分解和重新组装来回收废弃聚酰胺。化学回收方法包括水解、醇解和氨解等多种工艺。这种方法可以回收废弃聚酰胺的有价值成分,生产新的聚酰胺产品。绿色回收方法是以保护环境、提高资源利用效率为目标的回收方法。这种方法通过对废弃聚酰胺的酶解、微生物降解等生物途径回收废弃聚酰胺。废弃聚酰胺回收是当前应对废弃塑料问题的重要途径,也是保护环境、提高资源利用效率的重要举措。随着技术的发展与成熟,绿色回收会是今后发展的一个趋势。 With the development of polyamide,its application fields were becoming more and more extensive,and the problem of waste polyamide recycling followed.The current methods of recycling waste polyamides included various methods,such as,physical recycling,chemical recycling and green recycling.The physical recycling method usually included the process of separating,cleaning,cutting,grinding,mixing and regenerating waste polyamides for the production of recycled polyamide products.This method had the advantages of mature technology and low cost,and was the main way to recycle waste polyamides.Chemical recycling method mainly recovered waste polyamide through chemical decomposition and reassembly.The chemical recycling method included various processes,such as,hydrolysis,alcoholysis and ammonolysis.This method could recover the valuable components of waste polyamides and produce new polyamide products.The green recycling method was a recycling method that aimed to protect the environment and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.This method recycled waste polyamide by enzymolysis,microbial degradation and other biological ways.Waste polyamide recycling was an important way to deal with the current problem of waste plastics,and it was also an important initiative to protect the environment and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.With the development and maturity of technology,green recycling could be a trend of future development.
