摘要
采用通风参数精确测量技术、三维建模技术、GinVent三维通风数字孪生技术及大数据分析技术,建立起宏坤矿区三维通风数字孪生系统。通过所建立的数字孪生系统,综合多维度变量,进行了通风系统现状定量分析、改造方案分析、柴油车尾气扩散路径分析、新掘回风竖井方案参数优化定量分析等工作;结合矿区实际生产情况,提出多种可行的优化方案。优化方案实现矿区+110 m以下深部区域有效风量翻倍提升,工作面深部污风排出时间大幅缩短。研究形成了一套以金属矿井通风系统全要素精确三维建模为基础、通风系统定量数值模拟分析为手段、三维通风数字孪生系统建设为媒介的全新金属矿井通风管理模式,为宏坤矿区深部开采、井下环境治理和矿山智能化建设提供技术储备。
The three-dimensional ventilation digital twin system in Hongkun mining area was estab⁃lished by using accurate measurement technology of ventilation parameters,three-dimensional modeling technology,GinVent three-dimensional ventilation digital twin technology and big data analysis technology.Through the established digital twin system and multi-dimensional variables,the quantitative analysis of the current situation of the ventilation system,the analysis of the transformation scheme,the analysis of the exhaust gas diffusion path of the diesel vehicle,and the quantitative analysis of the parameter optimization of the newly excavated return air shaft scheme are carried out.Combined with the actual production situation of the mining area,a variety of feasible optimization schemes are proposed.The optimization scheme realizes the doubling of the effective air volume in the deep area below+110 m in the mining area,and the discharge time of the deep dirty air in the working face is greatly shortened.The research has formed a set of new metal mine ventilation management mode based on the accurate three-dimensional modeling of the total elements of the metal mine ventilation system,the quantitative numerical simulation analysis of the ventilation sys⁃tem,and the construction of the three-dimensional ventilation digital twin system.It provides technical re⁃serves for deep mining,underground environmental governance and mine intelligent construction in Hong⁃kun mining area.
