末梢水中pH值、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、硝酸盐氮、砷检测时限的研究

摘要 目的在密封避光冷藏条件下保存末梢水,研究其中pH值、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、硝酸盐氮、砷指标在保存期间的检测时限。方法选取某单位的居民楼、行政楼、实验楼作为末梢水的采样点,采样后按检测项目对应方法保存,在研究期间,依据《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750-2006)对末梢水中各项指标进行多次检测并记录实验结果,通过比较检测结果的相对标准偏差进行分析。结果对采用相应方法保存的末梢水样研究发现:带盖棕色瓶密封避光冷藏保存的末梢水中pH值的检测值在6天内稳定,硝酸盐氮的检测值在8天内稳定(保护剂为硫酸);顶空瓶密封避光冷藏保存的末梢水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的检测值在30天内稳定(保护剂为抗坏血酸);在带盖聚乙烯瓶加封口膜的密封避光冷藏条件下,末梢水中含有较高浓度的砷时,其检测数值在28天内稳定(保护剂为硫酸)。结论在满足保护剂密封避光冷藏等条件时,可适当延长末梢水中pH值、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、硝酸盐氮、砷指标的检测时限。 Objective To explore the detection time limit of pH,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,nitrate nitrogen and arsenic in tap water during the storage of samples under sealed cold and dark storage conditions.Methods The residential building,administrative building and experimental building of a certain unit were selected as the sampling points of the tap water,and the samples were stored according to the corresponding method of the test items.During the study period,various indicators of the tap water were tested several times according to the Standard Test Method for Drinking Water(GB/T 5750-2006)and the test result were recorded,The data are analyzed by comparing the relative standard deviation of the test result.Results The research on the end water samples preserved by corresponding method found that:The pH value of the tap water in the sealed brown bottle with cap was stable within 6 days,and the detected value of nitrate nitrogen was stable within 8 days(The protective agent is Sulfuric acid).The detection values of Chloroform and Carbon tetrachloride in the tap water sealed and refrigerated in the headspace bottle were stable within 30 days(The protective agent is Ascorbic acid),Under well-sealed refrigeration conditions with lidded polyethylene bottles and parafilm,the detection values were stable for 28 days when there were higher concentrations of arsenic in the terminal water(The protective agent is Sulfuric acid).Conclusion Under a storage and transportation conditions(protective agent,sealed,dark and refrigerated),the detection time-limit of pH value,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,nitrate nitrogen and arsenic in tap water can be appropriately extended.
